For example, a gentleman asked if we could create competitor
profiles. After many questions, we uncovered that his
company was losing sales in VoIP technology. We suggested
that calls to those lost customers would probably be a more
successful approach to capture that intelligence. Competitor
profiles would have been a major expense and would not have
solved his business problem.
