Workshops
We provide both off-the-shelf competitive intelligence (CI)
training as well as customized CI workshops. For customized
workshops, we build on our client’s existing practices with
sensitivity to management's strategy. We study our clients’
business needs and incorporate their business goals, strategies,
and tactics – and much more – into a workshop. Workshops are
interactive – ideally with our client’s management team.
Together we identify and discuss the areas of CI which need
development or improvement. Typically the day ends with an
action plan to produce specific deliverables as identified by
our client’s management team. We also include case studies as
part of the learning process.
